- The programme for the next YECC meeting has been announced.
The meeting will take place on 28 September 2004 in Doncaster. The theme of this next meeting will be the
WEEE and RoHS Directives, with two guest speakers from both industry and academia.

- YES is pleased to announce that its EMC test laboratories in Castleford
(West Yorkshire) and Donibristle (Fife) are now accredited to the revised EMC standard for electro-medical equipment.

- YES offers a free guide to manufacturers in preparation for changes to Medical EMC Standard EN60601-1-2:2001.

(which inherited the duties of the Radiocommunications Agency)
investigating the emissions from SMPSs and SELCs under varying load conditions. Further details,
the report and a Code of Practice for SMPS/SELC designers are available.

been published in the OJEC.
