York EMC Services Ltd, the well known University of York subsidiary company, is pleased to announce the acquisition of Global Telecommunication Laboratories Ltd (GTL) based at Soundwell in Bristol.

For GTL customers we are pleased to offer additional services and UKAS accreditation”, said Chris Marshman, Managing Director of YES.

The addition of the Bristol laboratory will make access easier for customers in the South West and M4 corridor. YES already has laboratories in Castleford, West Yorkshire, and near Dunfermline, Fife in addition to the head office in York.
