York EMC Services Ltd is pleased to announce that it now has gained ISO certification for the Continuing Professional Development (CPD) business unit. Integrated into York EMC Services from the University at the end of 2004, the CPD unit showed strong growth, with the last financial year being the best ever. ISO9001 will ensure that high standards are maintained as the company moves forward. The current difficult market conditions have predicated a move away from standard courses delivered at central locations towards bespoke in-house courses tailored to the specific needs of a company or locally delivered courses in industry specialist areas.
