
As Laboratory Manager in Donibristle, Didier is responsible for the overall operation of the laboratory. This includes
As a former member of the Consultancy and Research team in York, Didier worked on a wide variety of technical projects such as; the use of GTEM for EMC measurements in accordance with IEC 61000-4-20; the development of an advanced system for the measurement of radiated emissions from railway infrastructure (the award winning emiXpress system); and the investigation into emissions from Switched Mode Power Supplies.
He has been involved in general EMC consultancy for various types of industries (healthcare, building, automotive), as well as railway EMC projects for Network Rail West Coast Route Modernisation, Metronet BCV, Tubelines and Interfleet Technology. Didier is also part of the Technical Construction File team and has a particular research interest in EMC in the healthcare environment.

Prior to joining York EMC Services Ltd, Didier was a research fellow at the University of York, where he developed a laboratory to study magnetic thin films using infrared spectroscopy. He studied his PhD on the use of magnetic nanostructures for data storage applications at the University of Leeds.
Didier is a French national and has fluent written and spoken French, English and conversational German.
